2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be available for courses or services purchased directly from PrimeCost Global Services under certain conditions. Refund eligibility and terms may vary depending on the type of course or service purchased.

Refund Requests: To request a refund, students must submit a refund request through mail to our official mail id info@primecostglobal.com within the designated refund period. Refund requests should include the reason for the request and any supporting documentation.

Refund Process: Refund requests will be processed based on our assessment of eligibility and compliance with the terms outlined in this policy. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase or deposit into student’s bank account or by cash. Refunds may take 10 business days to reflect in the student’s account, depending on the payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, such as application fees, administrative fees, or course materials accessed or consumed. Additionally, services that have already been provided may not be eligible for refunds.

3. Exceptions

Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government regulations, the PrimeCost Global Services reserves the right to modify or suspend this payment and refund policy as necessary.
